Link Digital event in Toronto
Keep climbing to the Summit in September, with a Link Digital event in Toronto
To keep quenching your open data thirst, next month in Toronto, we're collaborating with LinkDigital, an Australian open source software firm, to bring you more exciting content. This in-person event will launch LinkDigital's Canadian presence, while offering an evening of short talks on engaging topics, like Mapping Canada's Open Data Ecosystem, and Australia's experience of building public trust with public data.

2021 GO Open Data Conference
The 2021 GO Open Data conference will be held virtually for the first time. Go Open Data is an annual Ontario-based conference that is attended by all sectors interested in learning about and promoting the creation and use of open data and sharing knowledge in the open community.
This year’s theme impacts all of us – Open for Community Well-being. The pre-conference workshops and conference presentations will provide diverse perspectives on what community well-being is or should be and the important role that data and open data plays.

Canada is experiencing a access to justice crisis. Yet we lack the data we need to design empirical solutions. Canada has a legal data deficit: We know more about sports team than we do about our legal system. This event seeks to address that problem. After briefly discussing these issues, we’ll begin identifying and gathering existing datasets that academics have generated about Canada’s legal system.
