Wilfreda Edward-Dolcy

Wilfreda has dedicated a public service career to data analytics, stewardship & management. Coupling this experience with her background in Geomatics and geospatial analysis, she brings the technical lens of a data practitioner to the Strategic Policy, Open Government Team at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. There, she specializes in advancing the release and re-use of open government data, as part of a wider mandate to mainstream open government in Canada.
