Eugene Chen

Eugene is the CTO of Darkhorse Analytics, and has built a number of award-winning interactive visualizations and tools. These include WorldChatClock.com (flattening time zones across continents), MapInSeconds.com (create maps from open data shapefiles), and babynames.dha.io (a fun, mobile-friendly exploration of over a million baby names). A more recent example is the OpportunityAtlas.org, an interactive tool about upward mobility that was released on the NYT and NPR.
